In addition to coverage of the Southern Pacific (SP) and Santa Fe (BNSF) main and branch lines, the book will cover the area in California described in the title and provides a historical overview of all of the lines between Fresno and Bakersfield from 1872 through 2008. It will include chapters, maps and photos of the Fresno Interurban Railway and the Bakersfield and Kern Electric Railway.
