"Sunday @ 2"

Due to the Easter holiday, there will be no "Sunday @ 2" program in April.

The next "Sunday @ 2" program will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the museum's Heritage Art Gallery. The program is a presentation and book signing by authors, Honore Hillman and Sesar Carreno.

Honore will promote her books Bard and the Mage, Healer and the Hawk and her newest book The Sword and the Storm. Honore's latest book follows the continuing adventures of the Kindred and the Outlanders to whom they've given sanctuary. All proceeds from the sell of her books benefit the Tulare Historical Museum. Her books all sell for $8.99 + tax.

Sesar Carreno, Tulare historian, will introduce his new book Tulare, which is part of the popular America series. His book showcases some of Tulare's more well-known images from the 1880's until today, capturing its development from railroad town to the modern era. Sesar's book sells for
$21.99 + tax.

The program is free to the public and the museum will be open for free that Sunday from 12:30 - 4:00 p.m.

Hours: Thur. - Sat. 10-4 In addition to our regular hours, we will be open the third Sunday of the month for free, during the months of September – May to correlate with our Sunday @ 2:00 program.~~ Contact us: lruminer@tularehistoricalmuseum.org
